2020 Gratitude and Joy Virtual Fundraising Event

This too shall pass. Love, gratitude, and community will see us through.

During this unprecedented health crisis, each of us is seeking to find strength, joy, hope, and connectedness in new and different ways. While we, at Alum Rock Counseling Center, missed seeing our family of supporters at our Annual Fundraising Luncheon (originally scheduled for March 27^th), we invite you to gather (virtually) with us on Friday, April 24^th for our first ever “Gratitude and Joy Virtual Fundraising Event.”

We hope this event can provide a way for us to stay connected to one another, to turn our attention towards the good work and heroism that is happening amidst the tragedy, and to share space with our beautiful community, even if only virtually for now. We will honor Jim Beall, California State Senator, District 15, as our 2020 Super Role Model for his extraordinary service to youth, low-income families and individuals facing mental health challenges. At the event, Senator Beall will speak, among other things, about what is being done at the legislative and administrative levels to ensure continuity of critical mental/behavioral health services both through and after the COVID-19 crisis.
